A Cover Supervisor is responsible for overseeing classes in the absence of the regular teacher. Their primary duties include managing classroom behavior, ensuring students remain on task, and delivering pre-planned lessons provided by the absent teacher. They may also support students with general learning needs, assist with administrative tasks, and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment. Cover Supervisors play a key role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the school continue smoothly during teacher absences.

• The ability to foster positive student and staff relationships,
- Great relationship builder
- Confidence in order to be able to stand in front of a class ad deliver a lesson
- Enthusiasm and proactiveness
- Tutoring or academic experience
- DBS on the update service
- Right to work in the UK- Share code only.
